How it all links

The three disciplines are great on their own, but why have them all together in one all encompassing programme? Each individual discipline effects the other so it makes sense to have a team of coaches all working together to improve your game! Let’s see how they all link…..

How Performance and Technique links with Bio-mechanics

The link between technique and bio-mechanics is crucial, with your body allowing a full range of movement’s and your core strength where it needs to be, you will be able to get into the correct, neutral and consistent positions within your swing. The technique you use will also need to be good for your body as you do not want your technique to cause you injuries or put to many stresses on your body (alla Tiger Woods!!!). It will allow you to make the optimal movements in your swing so therefore improving your consistency and quality of shots.

How Performance and Technique links with The Mind

Having a good technique and bio-mechanics is crucial but if you cannot put them to work in a pressured enviroment then they are in effect useless. The Mind plays a critical role in you performing to your potential. By getting your mind and body in sync while your playing golf ensures that your technique is not hindered by any inner thoughts which then confuse you during your round. Establishing techniques to clear your mind will help you to play better golf and achieve lower scores.

How Bio-mechanics links with The Mind

Bio-mechanics and general fitness are an important factor in removing negative thoughts about your swing. If your feeling tired or enduring aches and pains each time you hit a shot your mind will be ‘somewhere else’ when you are trying to hit the ball. With this area taken care of your mind has one thing less to worry about, and allows you to fully commit to each and every shot.
