Coach Bio’s

Tom Bridger – AA PGA professional, Performance Coach and Coaching Professional at Betchworth Park Golf Club.

My golfing career started in 1990 as a very enthusiastic 7 year old. My passion and drive through my amateur career was to always be a Golf Professional, I achieved this ambition and turned professional in 2003. My drive and passion now comes through in my coaching and I am committed to helping my clients achieve the best of their golfing ability/potential.

My career success has predominately been in the UK but has taken me as far a field as Sydney, where I spent time coaching to many high level executives and regional NSW Professionals. Working with professionals from all industries and backgrounds and embracing their differing ideas has been great for my career and given me new techniques to help your golf.

I currently coach players of all abilities, ranging from beginners through to players who play on ‘ The Challenge Tour’ and ‘Europro Tour’. My objective and passion is to get each player to where they want to be, be it being better than their friends on a Sunday afternoon or developing them to be players on the main playing tours. I am only interested in working with players who are fully committed to improving their golf. For any player wishing to be the best they can be I am the coach for you.

I currently work within the Surrey Coaching staff as a Surrey Futures coach, being part of this team allows me to help some of the best Junior players in Surrey develop their games and help evolve them as players. It also allows me access to some of the games greatest coaches through extra seminars, this knowledge and information can then be passed onto you.

The knowledge I have since completing my PGA training has allowed me to develop a unique coaching style that has made a huge impact on my pupils games.I have also undertaken many courses in all areas of the game including; golf coaching techniques, psychology, NLP and bio-mechanics. I have a huge amount of golfing knowledge that can help you improve your own game, your friends and your families game.

Aneal Advani – Mind Coach

I began my career in the financial markets. Believe it or not, when I look back, I can see how it may have actually helped me in what I am doing now. I became seriously ill and ended up having to retire from that part of my life. During my illness I met many other people with similar conditions and found that the way my mind worked to cope with my illness seemed to help them too. From then I began to try and help people with chronic and terminal illnesses and also people with chronic pain.

During this time I took up golf. I had no idea when I began that the mind is such an important part of the game but soon came to realise this. I developed my interest in the mental side of the game further by studying the subject and realised there is more to it than people think. So I went on courses and spoke to many people in the game to gain a better understanding of what goes through a golfers mind during a round. I then began working on ideas that I felt would help improve ones game. Obviously everybody is different and we all have different strengths and weaknesses and this is what makes it so interesting.

Course’s i’ve been on – Certified Mind Coach (Masters Level), PGA certified in Golf Psychology, Golf Mind Masterclass in Golf Psychology, WGTF Level 3 including Inner Game techniques and NLP.
